Mourvèdre and Ugni Blanc from Romain Le Bars with Grenache and Syrah. The Ugni Blanc, Mourvèdre, and Grenache macerated as whole berries for 14 days with direct press juice from Syrah and Grenache. Aged in two white wine barrels that Frederic Cossard had used for his Puligny Montrachet 1er Cru.
