This organic wine is made to drink daily, harvested by hand in mid-September, de-stemmed and macerated in thermoregulated vats at 22/24° C, before malolactic fermentation and aging takes place in stainless steel vats.
Intense and lively on the nose, this young wine is very well balanced and pairs well with red meats dishes and soft cheeses.
