Pleasant and elegant perfumes of cherries and light spices and a round, fresh and delicate palate, very easy drinking. Carbonic maceration keeps the wine fruity and the fermentation is carried out spontaneously with indigenous yeasts. No filtration and with low addition of sulphites.
