The vineyards for the Tentation are aged between 15 and 35 years and are planted in granitic soils. They are farmed without herbicides or chemical pesticides, seeking at all times to respect the nature and biodiversity of the plots as much as possible. They are always harvested manually to ensure that the grapes arrive in the cellar as intact as possible.
The wine is made without added sulphites or commercial yeasts, and is fermented with native yeasts. It is vinified by performing a carbonic maceration, vatting the bunches whole without destemming, to obtain aromas of fresh red fruit. The must-wine macerates with the skins for about 10-12 days and is finally aged in casks for around 5 or 6 months. The resulting wine is very fruity wine that is easy to drink.
