Gamay from 45-year-old vines, planted on granitic soils, at the vineyard site Les Quatre Croix. Natural vinification with carbonic maceration of the whole bunches, soft pressing, and ageing for seven months in barrels for that have seen several wines. Unfiltered, just a pinch of sulphur at bottling, highlighting the notes of red berries and flowers. Intentionally classified as Vin de France, the name of this wine refers to the easy drinking character.
