100% Marsanne from 40-year-old vines located at La Roche de Glun (clay-limestone) in the south of the appellation. Direct pressed with vinification in vats and demi-muid, and aged for another six months in vats. Floral and spicy notes accompany aromas of honey and marzipan. It is ideal to be served during your aperitifs with terrines or dried fruits. A round and lively wine, great with appetizers like terrine.
