Inspired by medieval times, when these grapes were grown together in the same vineyards, and picked and vinified at the same time, Julien created this field blend of white and red grapes. It is a light, juicy and fun wine with bright red fruit (cranberry, cherry and raspberry) and citrus notes, showcasing his vision that terroir is more important than the grape variety.
