This organic wine is made to drink daily, harvested by hand in early September. The musts are fermented in temperature-controlled tanks and the wines aged in stainless steel vats. A bright straw yellow colour and hints of Mediterranean fresh fruits on the nose. This wine is young but very harmonious. Pairs well with aperitifs and seafood dishes.
