This orange Malvasia is aromatic and layered, with lots of lychee, florality and spice on the nose, which all follows on the textured and quite structured palate. A still wine, gastronomic, with tons of character and endless food-pairing potential. 100% Malvasia di Candia Aromatica, grown on clay and sandy soils in Monterosso – Castell’Arquato at 260m above sea level. The wine macerates for 30 days on the skins, then ages in vat for 10 months and a further 12 in bottle before release.
