From a group of friends in the Loire Valley, this Cabernet Franc is grown on clay, limestone and flint from various plots of 25 year old vines. Harvested by hand, the grapes are fermented in concrete tank for 3 weeks. Ageing is done in oak vats for 6 months.

A crispy and fruity Chinon with delightful aromas of red fruits. A well-structured but silky wine with a long finish, that easily pairs with a steak.
