A truly lovely rosé featuring bright acidity and notes of cherries and pomegranate. It has a slight spritz on the tongue. The red grapes have macerated on the skins for only a short amount of time. Best served only slightly chilled, so all the subtle flavours are able to shine.

"Medium cherry red, purple reflections. Fresh red cherries, currant, delicate hints of walnut and kumquats, with some dried St. John's wort underneath. Taut, white apple, fine red berry nuances, light on its feet, mineral, a touch of lime, salty and animating, fine tannin gives support and length, a multi-faceted food companion."
