Caleb Leisure runs his natural wine project in Glen Ellen, CA, where he pursues his love for wine after a career in cheese. He produces wines from local organically and biodynamically grown grapes, combined with ancient Georgian wine making traditions. Caleb uses no additions or subtractions at any point during the wine making process, so that his wines are as natural as possible.

He ferments and ages his wines in qvevri, large terracotta clay pots that are buried underground, as has been done in Georgia for centuries. This keeps the wine cool during fermentation and adds a interesting complexity to the wines. The beautifully designed labels complement the purity and elegance of Caleb's wines.
