From the Beaujolais village of Morgon, this wines requires some patience to unfold. Starting with beautiful biodynamic grapes from Roland Pignard on "les Charmes", Julien has worked his magic. This is a Gamay of structure and of intensity at its core. Earth driven, with juicy plums and cherries, as well as hints of wood and spice. Either cellar for a 5 to 10 years or decant for a few hours before drinking.
