"Les Crays" is 100% Pinot Noir from 40 year old vines in a very chalky vineyard in the Macon, vinified with zero added sulfur. A very layered Pinot Noir, this has notes of raspberry, blood orange, plum, a hint of baking spice, earth and tea. The palate is soft, silky and refreshing with black fruits mingled with earth, citrus, stone and tea with plum and raspberry emerging in the finish. Pure and elegant, this is a superb natural wine.
