Grape: 97% Sangiovese, 3% Colorino, Canaiolo & Malvasia Nera
Largely Sangiovese with a little bit of Colorino, Canaiolo and Malvasia Nera from the youngest vineyard. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in concrete with a long skin maceration, then 24 months in tank - either steel or old Botte Grande. Bottled without any additions. Fruity, very perfumed, light and refreshing tones of red cherries and fragrant blackcurrant notes.
