Domaine Morel has been in the capable hands of Valentin Morel since 2014, when his father, Jean-Luc, retired after working on the family estate for over 30 years. All the vines and wines are now labelled under the name "Les Pieds sur Terre". Valentin works the six hectares of the family estates biodynamically, inspired by the writings of Rudolf Steiner.

Valentin produces a delicious traditional method Crémant from Pinot Noir, as well as still red and white wines from Chardonnay, Poulsard and Trousseau grapes.
