Grape varieties: Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Tocai Rosso
Merlot (50%), Cabernet Sauvignon (20%) and Tocai Rosso (30%). Vinifications in open wooden vats with punching down 3-4 times a day for 12-15 days and 10 more days of skin contact before initial racking. The wine is aged partly in stainless steel and partly in large wooden barrels. In February, assemblage takes place and the wine is bottled early to capture the fruit and its easy-drinking style.
