Clar is a blend of Xarel-lo (80%), Chardonnay, Gewürztraminer, Malvasia de Sitges, Parellada and Garnatxa Blanc, sourced from old vines from La Plana Vineyard in Sant Llorenç d'Hortons.

Grapes are destemmed and macerated on the skins for five to twelve days depending on the variety. Native yeast fermentation occurs naturally in stainless steel, after which the wine is left undisturbed to age until spring before being pressed. The wine is bottled without any intervention or addition, on a descending moon.

Aromatic, but fresh, the Clar offers ripe stone fruits and a marked florality, accompanied by herbal notes and a spiciness on the finish.
