This cuvée comes from two plots located in the town of Lantignié that the family sought out to buy the grapes from. They are both in their first year of conversion to organic agriculture. The first plot is made up of young vines planted on sandy loam soils, with the vines oriented to the south are at an altitude of 370m. The second plot is on a high plateau at an altitude of 490 m. The grapes from the two plots were vinified together in concrete vats and aged in vats for 6 months. The Dutraives harvest and vinify the grapes themselves, so as with their other wines it is made with little intervention, bottled unfined and unfiltered.
