First released in 2020 is this rosato made of 100% Nebbiolo from the old Vigna Disa vines. It's made in the fashion of Elio's vision on "Barolo": vinified in concrete, with very little skin contact, and relying on the natural intensity and beauty that the Nebbiolo grape derives from special vineyard sites. It's both fleshy and savoury, and needs time in the glass to capture its essence. The Nebbiolo grape shines through loud and clear with great structure and length, but in a truly unique expression of Nebbiolo.
