From the foothills in Montecchio Emilia, where the soils are mainly sandy gravel on clay, this wine is made sparkling by a natural fermentation process in bottle. The wine is aged in bottle for 6 to 8 months and unfiltered and unfined.
Lambrusco as we like it: a dry wine with intense primary fruit flavours of cherries and pomegranate, as well as spicy and floral notes. Not just a delicious sipper, but also a great food wine. A must have with cheese and charcuterie boards.
