Grape variety: Aglianico
100% Aglianico grown on 450-500 meters above sea level on clayey soils. Fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, and aged for 12 months in oak barrels and 3 months in stainless steel. Concentrated aromas of pepper and black cherry, with good acidity, and enjoyable tannins on the palate. Great with roasted or barbecued meats.
