100% Nebbiolo, from a blend of vineyards: Ravera MGA (Novello), Castagni MGA (La Morra), Croera (La Morra), Bussia MGA (Monforte d’Alba), and Borzone MGA (Grinzane). Destemmed & cold macerated for a few days. Fermentation in temperature controlled tanks for 7-10 days with regular pumping over and rack-and-return. Post-fermentation maceration for 20 days, and aged for a minimum of 18 months in oak.
