100% Pinot Noir from clay and limestone soils. This is the first release of this cuvee, aged for one year in concrete egg before going into bottle. The wine showcases extreme finesse and stunning purity of minerality with notes of fresh citrus, flint and wet chalk. A richly layered wine that highlights the elegant side of Pinot Noir. The name Envol ("flight") refers to the complexity and purity of aromas and flavours. This is a spectacular new cuvee from Olivier, showcasing the quality of Pinot Noir from Les Riceys. Zero dosage, 2,100 bottles produced.
