"A blend of two-thirds Cabernet Franc and one-third Côt (the local name for Malbec) from 60-year-old vines in Touraine. Fermented in concrete and aged in barrel. Bright purple. Quiet but fresh and floral nose. In the mouth, cool and fruity at first, offering blackberry and black cherry, with a pop of tartness at midpalate. Very linear, delivering stony tannins, good vibrancy and a long dark mineral finish. Attractive, unique and drinkable."
