Blend of 30% Laski Rizling (also known as Welschriesling), 30% Rebula and ‘other varieties’, likely Malvasia, Pinela and Zelen. Wild fermentation in upright wooden casks with 8 days maceration on the skins and then 18 months of ageing in oak barrels, before the wine is bottled unfiltered.

Bela is not a wine to describe with classic tasting notes, but just to enjoy and notice how it keeps developing in the glass.
