Grape variety: Garganega
100% Garganega, carefully selected at harvest. After a brief skin contact maceration, the juice is fermented in large old 15hl oak barrels for 12 months. Bottled without fining or filtration.
The wine is accessible and refreshing, without being too tannic. It expresses the volcanic soils the grapes are grown on, and offers rich notes of honey, flowers and yellow fruits, accompanied by minerality.
