100% Malvasia di Candia, with 30% of the grapes late harvested. Macerated on the skins for roughly five days and then aged in stainless steel tanks for about a year. An aromatic wine with salinity on the palate, intense perfumed and unfiltered. Tropical fruits, honey, and lemon peel with yeasty and floral notes.
