A wine that we made by pure chance after a couple of buckets of Albarossa pressed mash were added to the Grignolino as it was still in fermentation, in order to give it some colour. Because the result was so delicious, they then "stole" some of the Piemonte Grignolino before the malolactic fermentation, and blended it with the Albarossa. With only 900 bottles made, make sure you don't miss out!
