Grape Variety: Welschriesling
Welschriesling from young vines grown on clay loam. After the bunches were de-stemmed and pressed, the juice was transferred to 300-liter oak barrels, where it aged on the lees for 2 years. Bottled unfiltered, with fine lees, no SO2 added. Nigori means cloudy in Japanese, an apt name for this hazy wine with almost umami-like flavours.
