From Bodegas Pinuaga's new line of unoaked wines, to emphasize the crisp and lively fruits of their vineyards. The team describes them as "ideal wines for the entire range of wine aficionados, due to their easy approach and flexibility at the table”.

The Sauvignon Blanc grapes are sourced from a single vineyard of 5 hectares, with mainly clay-limestone soils covered with pebbles, at an altitude of 750-800m in the IGP Castilla.

After harvesting manually on the first of September 2020, the must is fermented at low temperatures in small stainless steel tanks; and remaining over fine lees for at least 2 months with bâtonnage before wine is bottled. 

A fun wine that is certified organic and should be enjoyed young, with tropical aromas of melon and papaya, and subtle herbal notes once you let it breathe. Great with all sorts of entrees, sea foods, as well as salads, pastas and tapas. The labels are beautifully designed by a Spanish artist living in Speyer, Germany.
