Natural Bordeaux in its purest form, aged in concrete vats for 14 to 18 months. No additions apart from very little sulphur.
Ripe and dark berry fruit flavors, with hints of cinnamon and leather on the palate. The high acidity is balanced by tannins with a grip. This highly drinkable wine is perfect now, but could certainly keep for another three to five years.
