The only white in the Dutraive range of cuvees, is a 100% Chardonnay from organically worked grapes in Beaujolais. It is matured in wooden casks for 10 months after a spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts. Made in the style of Ganevat, a good friend of the family, this is white Beaujolais with a nod to the Jura.
