Grape variety: Zweigelt
A directly pressed rosé, light onion-red, made with Zweigelt grapes grown in the Holzweg vineyard. Grapes are hand-harvested and pressed to stainless steel tanks, with just a few hours of contact with the skins to provide colour. The wine rests for 4 weeks and is racked once, then stays on the lees for another 8 weeks. Bottled unfined and unfiltered with a small addition of sulfur. This wine is oozing fresh fruits such as strawberries and raspberries, the perfect summer companion.
