100% Roussanne. Selection of two parcels of young vines. These plots are located in the south of the appellation in Mercurol. Direct pressing and racking is done at room temperature. The yields are low, typically around 40hl/ha and the harvesting is done by hand. Fermentation is done in fiberglass tanks and the wine ages on the lees for 6 months. You will find mineral and citrus notes on the nose with roasted aromas and hints of dried fruits.
