Spring frosts unfortunately deprived Damien of part of his harvest in 2021. This time he called on colleagues Alain Boré and Thibault Masse to create a "symbiosis" vintage together to reflect the terroirs of their region. Therefore, this wine is labelled as a Vin de France, but one of exceptional quality. Vinified partly in barrels and partly in stainless steel vats, this wine highlights the shale and limestone terroirs of Anjou at a highly drinkable 11% abv. White-fleshed fruits on the nose are combined with a lively and saline palate. Damien considers this wine to be enjoyed as an aperitif, with oysters, a fish dish, crunchy vegetables, or slightly matured cheeses.
