This is a beautiful Chenin Blanc from 30-year-old vines grown on silex and clay over limestone. Expect ripe aromas of pear and peach, with almond and floral notes, combined with elegant and pure minerality. This wine is great now, but offers cellaring opportunities for five to ten years at a superb value. Pairs well with chicken, cheeses and ceviche.
