This is THE rosé of summer for us: a delicate and refreshing wine from the Langhe, straight from the capable hands of the La Bioca winery.

Destemmed and pressed without any maceration of the grapes, the colour of this wine is light. After fermentation in steel tanks with temperature control at low temperatures for about 20 days, no malolactic fermentation was done to ensure a refreshing level of acidity.

For some depth and structure, the wine is aged on the fine lees in a stainless steel tank for a short period of time, while not overpowering the delicate, fresh red fruits flavours.

Great with appetizers, salads, fish and pastas, or as an aperitif.
