From the soft, sandy slopes of Roero, this is pure, juicy Nebbiolo fermented with some whole bunches, aged in concrete vats and bottled unfiltered. After just five days on the grape skins, the extraction of tannins is limited.

A light and vibrant wine, perfect for your next barbecue. Also famously known as the wine the team at Valfaccenda opens around lunch time, before coming back to the vineyards to continue their work.
