This medium-bodied white showcases great acidity balanced by a creamy mouthfeel. Although soft and rounded, there are sharper notes of green pineapple complementing the juicy pears and golden apples. Very mineral and elegant.

"A vibrant and zesty white with white pepper, lime, olive leaf and mineral. Medium-bodied with a taut texture. Pure and elegant with a bright streak of acidity. 50% grenache blanc, 20% grenache gris and 10% roussanne. From organically grown grapes. Drink now."
