Christian produces this beautiful red wine from grapes from old vines grown on loess that have been strictly selected for quality during harvest. No chaptalization, added yeasts, filtration or sulfites. The wine is aged for 11 months in 100-year-old wood vats and is racked once in spring. It’s a must-have for Pinot Noir fans, and best expressed after decanting. Unfiltered and no sulfites added.
