The Wintricher Riesling is from steep slopes near the village of Wintrich with quartzite in the slate. The bouquet of the Wintricher reveals highly aromatic notes of white peach, citrus, apple and apricot, as well as nuances of slate, light tobacco and hot stone. Herbal notes complement the delicate and velvety palate, with sleek acid that ties everything together. Pairs perfectly with steamed fish and light seafood dishes, but can be enjoyed on its own too.
