Grape varieties: Majority of Pinot Noir
A beautiful Rosé Champagne, exclusively from the André Beaufort vineyards, planted in the Grand Cru of Ambonnay.
It is a multi-vintage and multi-varietal blend, with the majority made up by Pinot Noir that was aged in oak barrels for several months before bottling on the lees.
Fresh red fruits immediately jump out of the glass on the nose, wild strawberries and cherries, as well as a herbal and spicy note.
A very versatile and elegant wine that pairs well with sushi, duck, goose and chicken, and grilled fish dishes.
