Type: Honey wine
Honey wine made with raw, organic summer honey (Miels d’Anicet), wild harvest lingonberries and organic honey wine lees. The berries were macerated for 3 weeks, before inoculation with an active must of Beezz Rosé, natural barrel fermentation (3 weeks) and barrel aging (8 months). Fresh, with notes of strawberries and rose. Serve at 5-8°C.
