Made from raw organic spring, fall and buckwheat honey. Fermented in oak barrels, and aged for 6 to 12 months in stainless steel vats, before another 3 to 6 years in oak barrels, without topping up. A refined wine, fruity and subtly spicy. Serve at 10-14°C.
