Emmanuel produces a demi-sec Chardonnay too, with a dosage of 45 g/L. The wine is fermented in 225L oak barrels (20%) and stainless steel tanks (80%). Delicate aromas of honey and ripe fruits are combined with refreshing citrus flavours on the palate, as well as distinctive pastry notes. Bottled with a tiny dose of sulfites.

Soft and creamy, this wine does not just pair well with sweet desserts, but with blue cheeses, spicy foods and foie gras as well.
