Fruktrocket is a collaboration between Fruktstereo and Rocket Brewing, and this is their first edition of a rhubarb and red grape ale. When the rhubarb is ripe in May/June, they prepare the wort and blend and co-ferment everything. The red wine is a blend of Blaufränkisch, Zweigelt, and Pinot Noir aged in oak, and part of the beer is also fermented in oak before blending. 6.5% abv.
