Honey wine made with raw, organic summer honey (Miels d’Anicet), with the addition of Marc of Golden Russet apples from the Cidrerie Chemin des Sept. The infusion is split in two phases, with the first for aromatic extraction, and the second to build the tannic structure. This is a silky and salty wine, with notes of tea and pear. Serve at 5-8°C.
