100% Chardonnay. Planted between 1964 and 1967 on the chalky hillside, furthest to the east in the Montgueux vineyards; élevage of 12 to 24 months on the lees in a combination of stainless steel tanks and used Burgundy barrels (4-20 years old). No new oak and no bâtonnage. Malolactic fermentation completes naturally. Disgorged after 3 to 5 years in bottle.
