Na, part of the Na-Tu-Re range, is a white wine produced from Falanghina from Benevento and Coda di Volpe from their vineyards in Montemarano, with a touch of Greco. It has a short maceration on the skins (2-4 days) and is aged for roughly 9 months in chestnut casks, with no added sulphites. A wine that gives floral and white fruit aromas, followed by spicy and mineral notes. Fresh and with splendid acidity, the wine should be opened a few minutes before drinking, to allow the complexity to fully express itself. Great with appetizers, white meat, sushi, crustaceans and other seafood.
